New roof installation:

• To supply and fit a 0.7mm thick galvanised steel inner bright white liner ridge detail to the inner ridge
• To supply and fit a 120mm thick composite panel comprising of a 0.45mm thick inner bright white liner sheet with a 120mm thick pir insulation core and a 0.50mm thick galvanised steel plastisol coated outer top sheet to the total roof area
• To supply and fit triple skin factory assembled rooflights to a minimum of 10% of roof area
• To supply and fit a 0.7mm thick galvanised steel plastisol coated outer ridge flashing inclusive of foam fillers and mastik tape to the total ridge area
• To supply and fit 0.7mm thick galvanised steel plastisol coated barge flashings and corner pieces
